For the „three countries route“ the Zeppelin takes off and lands on the German side of the lake – but in the air it floats effortlessly across the borders. Over Langenargen, Nonnenhorn, and Wasserburg, towards the Bavarian Island city of Lindau and then across the first border. On the Austrian part of the route you will float along the Bregenz Bay, over Bregenz and Hard in the direction of Dornbirn, an on to the second border crossing. The Swiss section of the flight route takes you, for example, past St. Margarethen, best known for its shopping. On this route you will also have a fantastic view of the nearby Alps, the Bregenzerwald and the 1,064m high Pfänder.*
